What about outstanding invoices?
It will be your responsibilty to ensure your retailers are paying their accounts. Head office will also act as a back-up credit control e.g. issuing letters. From our experience thus far, this is very rarely an issue if the franchisee is maintaining regular contact. Head office will ensure central billing accounts are paid.
