Are franchisees restricted to their area?

Yes, you will be restricted to your exclusive area unless otherwise agreed with head office. You will, however, be encouraged as a member of the Children’s Choice network, to develop more national opportunities for both yourself and others to benefit. Head office, in due course, will pursue national contracts with your support which will be automatically allocated to the respective franchisees.
